• The Hayman CF298 is fitted with two Melt/Off/Cook switch's, one for each vat. 
• This allows solid cooking mediums to be melted without the possibility of overheating.  
• In the Cook position all elements are operational giving 30Kw of efficient cooking capacity, 6 x 5Kw removable elements.
• The Hayman CF298 is fitted with independent temperature Control and over-temperature theomostats for each pan with 3 x 5kW removeable elements per vat.
• Insulated tank walls and heat retaining flip down lid.
• The Hayman CF298 comes with six 150 x 350 oblong baskets.
• Stainless steel legs are standard.
